Pupils from Classes 3 and 4 recently travelled to the Langstone Cliff Hotel to take part in the Ivy Trust Music Event. This was a fantastic opportunity for the children, who not only performed but also played an active role in creating their own song. Working closely with Pat and Elyfn from Sonopera, they contributed ideas for both the lyrics and the music, making the experience especially meaningful.
The children performed alongside pupils from other Ivy Trust schools, showcasing their hard work, creativity, and confidence on stage. It was a wonderful evening, culminating in a powerful full ensemble performance, where all the children came together to sing as one.
We are incredibly proud of our pupils for their enthusiasm and dedication throughout the project. It was a truly memorable experience and a wonderful opportunity for them to shine.
