The Friends of Kenn work all year round to fundraise for our children.
Their fundraising events—discos, cake sales, Christmas Card sales, fayres throughout the year, refreshments and raffles—add extra life, variety and fun to our children’s school experience. The money raised then enables school to buy things that school budgets these days struggle to stretch to. We are hugely grateful for the work they do and the support they are given from parents.
Amazingly, this term alone, the PTA have raised over £1000!
Notably, the sale of children’s Christmas cards raised £260, festive refreshments at both the Nativity and Carol singing around the village raised £220, the Christmas disco raised £300 and the school Christmas raffle raised a massive £650!
The Friends of Kenn would like to thank all parents, very much, for your support; from refreshment donations to selling so many raffle tickets! Great work!
