Class 3 visit to St Andrew’s Church

As part of our RE this half term, Class 3 visited St Andrew’s Church.

Father John spoke to us all about the role that the Church plays in a Christian community. He also showed us and talked to us about the main features of the church and answered many of our questions. The children also sketched features of the church that interested them.

We had a beautiful walk back to school through the country lanes and survived a few heavy showers!
